Project Summary

This is a monolingual Latin dictionary that was published by John Amos Comenius in the 17th century. The project aims to provide a digital edition of the dictionary with modernized formatting and orthography, so that today's students of Latin can enjoy it. Comenius' dictionary is unique in that it explains Latin words in context, allowing students to deeply understand their meaning and use.
